I kind of forgot how to do a good bully jock from some movie impression so forgive me for the arbitrary rudeness.

Like Ink Through a Scribble

In this piece the artist chose to disregard their clean conventional style in favor of a more haphazard display. The incomplete and indistinct outline leaves a lot to the imagination, which is guided by the scrawled coloration. While the basic elements of the figure are all present they are not fully developed leaving a somewhat abstract space in the picture.

I always feel like this site is doing better when I draw with some different style.

BK Pirate

Here we have a mundane and uninteresting pirate. I'm sure he's sailing several lakes, defeating average sized octopi, and finding some loose change.
Anyways, what's significant is that his coloration is Burger King's. I'm not sure if there are chickens with red beaks or not but I'll look into that later.

MultiScrawl

A fine tuned blend of style with as little substance as possible... That's not quite right. I could have way less substance than this. Don't you make me show off my lack of substance.

Duel in the Light

I actually did two pieces last week and just kinda... didn't get around to posting them... So here's the first one. It's just a fine work of vibrant color and conflict. I kind of just feel like this is a standard piece in the collection that showcases the normal style of the site.

Also is Duel in the Dark a phrase? This was meant to contrast that in title, but it turns out Duel in the Dark is just some WWII war game. It's not even something I've played so I'm not sure why I got that stuck in my head. Still sounds nicely dramatic though.

Chicken Hood

I apparently haven't done Robin Hood. I thought I had, but I couldn't find one, so here's my archer. My Robin Hood... But he's a chicken you see, so we're going with Chicken Hood instead. My thanks to anyone who can point out when I did this before. Any of you random guys just do an archive binge or anything?

Key point is that I think those trees came out pretty well. Does it look forest-ish?

EDIT: Many thanks to the anon who directed me to Fowl Hood

Different Business

In this piece I do something different, because the consistent style I use on this site... I mean all chickens don't have combs or wattles. Some have dark flesh and white poofy feathers. Basically you have a lot of options as far as this goes, though I stick to the most generic so I can mix things up easily.

Also, let me give a delayed welcome to Yat-Fung Yeung who is one of the two people to back my Patreon. Sorry about the slow start this month everyone.

Feather Dino

So I was reading about dinosaurs today and it had a lot to say, like complaining that Jurassic World should have used the modern and correct feathered dinosaurs, which is nonsense since it's a sequel to another movie. I completely agree if it were a new franchise of course, but this film's pretty much already set. Anyways the main thing I got out of it was that they should have birdlike coloration and T-Rexes almost definitely had large neck flaps... So I made this. Scale and proportion don't go with T-Rex but it's for sure a dino of some sort.
