Choose Happiness

Some people, when they're sad, choose to be engrossed in it and do somber and meaningful things.

Others choose to push away their sadness and lash out with anger. They express rage against the world

These methods are all well and good but I think it's best to reject it directly. When you're feeling bummed out just do something cheerful and see if that makes you feel better. Like 50:50 in my experience.
