Surfacing

The Captain's ship hadn't made much progress since the mutiny. A crashing sound rang out as one of the mutineers collapsed. The chest had come from the bottom of the sea and struck the back of the traitor's head.

The Treasure

The Captain had gotten to the bottom. This was hope and The Captain's greed wouldn't let the treasure be left at the bottom of the sea. Coins were spilled across the ground. Gathering the treasure back into the chest The Captain's vision slowly blurred.

Going Deeper

The captain had escaped and the sea was feeding on its own. The bloodstained captain was going deeper into the sea. The captain could see the goal. At least that was the hope. The captain had been underwater too long already.

Blood In The Water

The captain struggled fruitlessly for a time but as long as one is alive there is a chance. The captain bit and clawed and struggled. Escaping from the beast's tentacles was valuable. Now there was blood in the water. And that drew things that the captain was even more afraid of.

Sorry the last part of this was back in February. I will be resuming this now.

Under The Sea

The captain wasn't alone and it was too late to escape. The captain worked a talon out and ripped at a tentacle but it wasn't enough. The great beast pulled the captain deeper under the sea. All one could do in the face of it was struggle.

Down Below

The captain sunk deep into the water. Down below there was a chance, a single golden opportunity. Unfortunately that wasn't the only thing down there.

Overboard

The captain could fight or flee. Opportunity wouldn't come from the fight so it was best to abandon the crew. If they didn't want the captain leading them that was just fine. After all, a captain had to go down with the ship. So, the captain decided to go first.

Mutiny

The captain turned as the crew came up. A blade held in the mate's beak. The captain looked upon the crew, disappointed. This had been a chance for them too.

On The Bow

The captain stood atop the bow of the ship, looking at what the ship had come upon. What did the captain see?
