Vacant

I'm feeling a bit off. I know the reason, and my main thought is that it's a dumb thing and I should just forget about it, but for some reason I don't seem to want to listen to me.

  1. From the perspective of someone to whom that has happened before, think about what it is and why you are fixating on it, and think about why you think those reasons are wrong. Here's a model that works on my mind: if you start telling yourself you're fixating on dumb things, you'll stop listening to yourself on important things, and you'll pit yourself against yourself, and generally it could lead to more pain or vacancy. So address your concerns. It's also good practice for being sympathetic and nice to other people whose problems you don't understand.

  2. Oh, and, nice chicken. Maybe you could draw it again with cooler hair? Would that help you feel better?
