Angled

In the middle of making this one I clicked the screen and my reliable legacy software, the Windows XP version of MS Paint, that I do almost everything on this site with... froze, crashed and closed out. I was ready to call this one a wash, but as luck would have it I actually saved it right before that happened. How's that for luck?

Starry Sky

Looking up at the starry sky... I don't have any follow up for that. This chicken is also outlined as a star? Those are stars shining and not snow? I just wanted it to look stylized. I didn't actually think it through enough to even have a rambling rant. Maybe I should step up my game, but I didn't post anything at all in the last while so this will have to do.

First Step

The first step on a new path is often the most dramatic and impactful. When straying from your comfortable path into something unfamiliar you can find even the simple things become difficult, but as you continue it will be less exciting and eventually become the same as the path you were walking before.

That being said I don't actually have any new and exciting first steps I'm taking so I'll continue with what I've been doing.

Power Trio

A trio of chickens boldly strides forward. Others could only look on in awe, unable to challenge them. Together they could even take on the dreadful might of a fox.

Crossed

Why did the chicken cross the road? It is a question as old as time. But some mysteries can never be solved. All we know for sure is that this one successfully crossed the road.

Sorrow

Rain is a short hand for tears, but the parts that are really conveying sadness here is the shape of the face. The dull colors and rain are just there to enhance it.

Plant

A bit last minute, but what else is new? This month's video is the plant chicken. I'm happy with how it came out, though I did do it over several times before I had a version I was happy with.

I stumbled a bit on the speaking part, but I didn't have too much dead air and I went into drawing it with a plan so the process wasn't too choppy.

Anyways the important part is definitely that I had some sort of plan.

After Shower Nap

Warm and fresh out of the shower the drowsiness took me. Wrapped in nothing but a towel I slept. Until the dire moment I awoke and needed to finish getting ready.

Traditional Christmas End

Tonight we celebrate with the traditional ending of Christmas. Riding upon his shining golden star the traditional Christmas Fowl cuts through the red sky of dusk, leaving the trail of green light that would one day be spring.

Christmas Weather

The weather I want for the holidays is snow, but the weather I got was very thick fog. I'm not sure that I particularly want snow on Christmas, but I find it relaxing and the white Christmas is the one that I always imagine.
