Sticky Note

I haven't doodled on a sticky note in a while and let me tell you... still a good way to kill some time. I only had normal pen colors so excuse the black blue and red.

Strings

In this piece clear lines are used to create the half face. Red for the comb and wattle. Orange for the body. Yellow for the beak. The background color is gray then our standard chicken pallete to color the sections that are cut out by the strings.

Princess (Sticker)

I think I'm going to make some stickers. But you know all the best stickers have random positive phrases slapped across the bottom like "COOL!" or "GREAT!" That seemed a bit dull though so I went with "Princess." Seemed more exciting and dramatic. Maybe I'll do some more to go with this, like... "Dragon" or "Knight."

Fine

This piece is just fine. Who said it wasn't? Probably me I guess. I'm generally  the only one who sees things before they're online after all.

Last Shot

On the run for days if not weeks the gangster of a bird only had one shot left. It had to vanish. Go rogue and not leave even a hint of its past. Pretend to be a normal chicken. Just slide into a farm and eventually become a pot pie.

Or it could stand tall, an idol for all. It still had a bullet. Going against the law in one last blaze of glory.

The Big Game

Here in America it's almost time for the Big Game. And just saying those words everyone knows what you're talking about. THE WORLD CUP! Wait, that's not right.

The rooster found itself at an odd angle. Truly the air was no place for a bird.

January 2020 Wallpaper - Whispers

Whispers of madness fill the chilled air. The cloaked bird was turned and twisted, falling from grace to consort with the dark creatures who called this land home. Those who entered would not find a fellow from the mundane world, but simply another denizen of this madness filled land.

This month's piece is a callback to the themes of Lovecraft's horror, or at least the pop culture version of it. The cool colors of the environment encroach and cover the last of the chicken's warm browns, and oranges.

Big Sword

Fresh from the land of JRPGs this bird has a headband... and a BIG SWORD! Isn't that simply thrilling?

But coming to this one needs to ask the real questions. How much does that thing weigh? Isn't this blade shape impractical? How does the bird hold it when it doesn't have hands? What did the bird waste most of its MP doing?

Stealth 3D

Stealth Ace, but this time there's some true depth (to the box he's in)

Where in his quest does this piece take place? The usual context is of course ever present. Stealth Ace was brought in off the porch and left against the wall of an executive's home office. This would be  a glorious opportunity to complete some much needed corporate espionage.
