Since I've been doing this forever pretty much everything reminds me of something, and since I've been doing this so long a lot of the time the older piece looks terrible to me. So, as my throw back here's Kung-Fu Comeback. I think I did a much better job of the pose this time.

Time-dorable

Time travel is only possible when you follow the rainbow into the computer future, but it helps if you're cute.

Definitely Something

I can't say what this is for certain, but it's definitely something. Like a monster, or a demon or a dragon. I think I was doing cat ears when I started but I clearly didn't follow through with that.

Easter Eggs

Happy Easter to all you boys and girls.

Crayon does not color on eggs as well as I remembered.

Pastel

Today's piece is pastel, in honor of the season. In retrospect I should probably have drawn some flowers in the background, but I'm bad at that.

Coloring Book: Music

This is a boring digitally colored version. Like the rest of the pictures in the set I will include a hand colored version when I finish the set. I wanted to put out a taste of what I had going though.

As for the size of this set I haven't quite decided yet. Currently I have 6 pages done, including this one. (Sun, Moon, Music, Mountain, Aura and Stained Glass) I think 8 or 10 will be the final number but I'm not sure. Definitely something even

I'm a bit under the weather, but there's no excuse to not post on the Anniversary/St. Patrick's Day. So, as per my long standing tradition I have taken a selection of this year's pieces and greened them up.

In the end the truly deep understanding is that it's all Green

I just really like this one. Probably my favorite for the year.

As special mentions I will add The Stealth Ace Collection, Son of Rooster Mask, and Like Ink Through a Scribble. I actually like quite a few pieces from this year as I went through it but I obviously can't pick them all so I encourage you to do an archive binge.

Like I said in that BEOCHICKEN post earlier this month, I feel like this year was a lull in the site, so this year I think I'm going to get the fire burning on it again. There's still more I want to do after all.

Son of Rooster Mask

His father was a true legend in the ring, but it was never the life he wanted for his most precious chick. Nay, the life of a game fowl was a hard one, even when one fought in the light of day. And so, unknown to that old rooster, his son was drawn into underground cockfighting. When he learned of the lad's activities he was shocked but guided him to abandon the darkness. Offering his son a mask he abandoned the stained and violent identity he had held in the underground. No longer was he that game fowl. From then on he was a wrestler. A skilled luchador. He was The Son of Rooster Mask.

Hello everyone~ I've done something I haven't done in a long while. I made a desktop wallpaper. And unlike the first time where I declared 1280x800 excessively large and the handful of tiled backgrounds I made this one is actually full 1920x1080. That's right, it's in HD. I'll have another one for you next month. I'm going to do a few of these anyways.

Now as for the contents of this wallpaper...

The Cerelean Alliance has for generations stood firmly opposed to the Verdant Empire... No, that doesn't sound quite right.

The fowl of the fiendish green shelf have long desired the precious cargo of the blue trunk...

These guys aren't really friends but they're content to glare from across the desert...

The brown fowl of the order of the chest sought after the massive figure the grey order of the bookcase had long kept upon their high shelf...
